In Spite of appearing in the coffee scene later than most coffee producing countries, Peru shortly became the 5th largest coffee producing country in the world and won our hearts in recent years.
Luis Cordova Rafael started farming coffee in 2015 on his 2 hectare El Piñal farm in Huabal, Cajamarca. Consisting of Bourbon and Caturra varietals, this coffee offers Cajamarca’s balanced acidity profile with fruity aromas of high altitude coffees.
